E.P.E FOAM RODS
DESCRIPTION
- Polyethylene foam rods provide backup to sealants, impart shape & optimize the sealant quantity. By using round section EPE rods, the side adhesion surface area of sealant is increased by approximately 30%, there by giving higher elongation at break.
APPLICATION
- Expansion joints, Window glazing, Curtain walls, Stone cladding, Sawn groves in road joints, Spacers between concrete and metal / stone joints.

Temperature range - -300C to 600C
Elongation - 20 to 50%
Resiliency - Excellent
Reaction /adhesion to sealants - Totally inert with all type of sealent.
Diameter size - 6 mm to 80 mm.
Chemical resistance - Excellent against Acids, Alkali & Solvent.
